Ki Society

Also known as Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido (Aikido with Mind and Body Coordinated). Founded by Koichi Tohei after the death of O Sensei. Among Tohei Sensei's vehicles to achieve coordination of mind and body are: - Ki Testing - Oneness Rhythm Taiso (set of movement exercises set to music that enable anyone to learn mind and body unification) - Taigi (mind and Body unification through the performance of a series of Ki-Aikido techniques) - Ki Breathing (method to develop the mind and body coordination through breathing) - and Kiatsu-ho (mssage therapy based on the principles of mind and body coordination)
